The Communications Department serves as the voice of the City, working in collaboration with all City departments to ensure that projects and initiatives are communicated effectively, so residents, businesses and other stakeholders understand the City's actions and their impact on the community. The Communications Department also oversees community and media relations, and the City’s social media channels and website administration.
