Simmons Pool Closing Early Aug. 1
The City of Charlottetown’s Parks and Recreation Department advises residents that Simmons Pool will close early on Aug. 1 at 3:30 p.m. to accommodate the Glow Party and BBQ, part of the Natal Day weekend celebrations.
The Glow Party and BBQ will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Swimming will be offered in one-hour sessions throughout the evening, with a new session beginning every hour on the hour, from 5 to 8 p.m. Each session will be available on a first-come, first served basis. Waterproof neon bracelets will be available for pick up, 1 hour prior to the scheduled swim time.
