Traffic Impacts: Traffic will be reduced to stop-and-go traffic on Spring Park Road between Pond Street and Highland Avenue. Sidewalks will remain open. Traffic control personnel and signage will be in place. Motorists are advised to use caution when travelling through the area and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
