If you are planning to install a water & sewer service to your property here are the
requirements. An
Application for Service is required and installation shall be in accordance with the
standards set by the Utility.
When installing a cleanout, it should be in an area to be easily accessible should problems occur. In the case of a building so located that any plumbing fixture in the building is below street level or so as to be affected by a back flow on the sewerage line, such premises shall be provided with a suitable check valve.
