The City of Charlottetown has a wide variety of facilities available for rent. Below you can find a description of the facilities, the types of events or activities that can be booked, as well as the procedure to follow in booking each facility.

Gymnasiums

West Royalty Community Centre Gym Rentals Individuals or groups wishing to rent the gym can do so by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department. Limited gym time is available to rent for sport related activities during weekdays and on Saturdays. As well gym time is available on Saturday afternoons between 3 – 5 p.m. for children’s birthday parties. Rental fee is $43.26 per hour plus HST (minimum 2 hour booking).

Arenas

The Charlottetown Parks and Recreation Department directly operates two of the arenas in the City of Charlottetown: Simmons Sports Centre and Cody Banks Arena. The remaining two arenas are operated by boards of directors: Charlottetown Eastlink Centre and The Bell Aliant Centre.

The City of Charlottetown has many green spaces and parks that can be booked for a special event.
