Street Closure Issued for Kent Street Nov. 25-29

Kent Street will be closed between Great George Street and Prince Street
Monday, Nov. 25 to Friday Nov. 29 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow for crane lifting as part of the ongoing Daniel J. MacDonald building renovation.
The work also includes installing overhead lighting as part of the recent Kent Street lighting project.
Access to this section of Kent Street will be for residents of the block only. Signage, barricades and traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic and pedestrians away from the closure and to facilitate local access as required.
Minor traffic delays are expected and motorists are asked to seek alternate routes and drive with care.
The City of Charlottetown apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks the public for their patience and cooperation.
