Details: The annual Art in the Open Festival and March of the Crows procession returns to downtown Charlottetown and Victoria Park.

March of the Crows - Friday, Aug. 28, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Participants will depart from Victoria Row and will travel along Richmond Street, Pownal Street and Kent Street to Victoria Park. The group will be escorted by Charlottetown Police Services. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and consider alternate routes. Temporary delays may occur along the procession route.

Art Installations - Saturday, Aug. 29, 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Victoria Park Driveway will be closed to accommodate art installations and festival activities in Victoria Park.
Residents and visitors can expect increased pedestrian activity in the downtown core and Victoria Park throughout the festival, from Aug. 28 to 30.
