Kensington Road Closure Extended to Sept. 30

Location: Kensington Road between Bills Lane and Exhibition Drive
Duration: From 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30
Traffic Impacts: This portion of Kensington Road will remain closed to all through traffic, with detours in place. Traffic control personnel will be on site to facilitate local access to properties. Drivers are encouraged to choose other routes where possible and follow the direction of signage and traffic control personnel.
Details: Additional time is required to complete a storm main connection as part of the Exhibition Drive Reconstruction Project. The closure on Kensington Road has therefore been extended until Wednesday, Sept. 30. Completing this work during the current closure will help minimize future traffic disruptions and the need for additional road closures.
