Details: Crews will be installing new overhead lighting.
Traffic Impacts: Both westbound lanes on Capital Drive at North River Road will be closed to accommodate new overhead lighting installation. Motorists are advised to expect delays and use alternate routes where possible. Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct traffic.
