Public Information Session Planned for Sherwood Sport and Recreation Complex

Residents are invited to attend a public information session to learn more about the future of the Sherwood Sport and Recreation Complex.
The session will provide a project update, highlight information gathered during the first round of public engagement, and outline three options for redesigning the site.
Date: Thursday, April 16
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Sherwood Recreation Hall, 56 Maple Ave.
Please note: A public presentation will begin at 6 p.m.
The presentation will explore future planning for the Cody Banks Arena and the Sherwood Recreation Hall, including how existing facilities may be used as the site evolves. Preliminary cost information will also be shared.
City staff and project consultants will be available to answer questions and provide a summary of the Cody Banks Arena building condition report.
Community feedback will continue to play a vital role as planning progresses, and residents are encouraged to attend and share their input.
